An ultra-simple, ultra-gourmet recipe requiring just 4 ingredients and, of course, a good jam! You're probably familiar with the French toast version, made with stale bread; with brioche it's even more delicious.

Ingredients
(4 nice slices of brioche)
250 ml milk
10 g sugar (ideally homemade vanilla sugar)
1 egg
and a little sugar for caramelizing the brioches

Preparation
Mix the 3 ingredients and dip the brioche slices in the mixture.
Place in a hot frying pan with a knob of butter and sprinkle each slice with a little sugar to caramelize.
The best part of this recipe, in my reviews , is the topping! Everyone can add what they like. I love adding salted butter caramel or blueberry jam with fresh fruit!
