The story began in late 2013, in the family kitchen. The path to Maison Perrotte was sometimes winding, and began with the grandmother. She passed on her passion for fruit. Before that, the apprentice champion had been a pork butcher, a baker, a father, a father many times over. But it was a surplus of strawberries from a local grower that ignited the rocket and the cauldrons. Wishing to spend more time with his family and his many children, the baker gave up his stores and decided to devote himself to jams, with strawberries.

Enthusiastic and always eager to involve others in his adventures, Stéphan Perrotte enjoys working in a climate of friendly, fraternal relations.

His friendship with many chefs has inspired him to unite talents. "Maison Perrotte" is organized around sharing and collaboration, two motivations that are close to his heart, and correspond deeply to his personal vision. The Chef is proud to say that he feeds 6 families in his region, and that in the company, it's like a small family; hence the notion of "Maison".

Step by step, building a place that opens up the field of possibilities around fruit, broadening visions, giving scope to projects, activating cooperation and exchanges in a spirit of freedom and trust - these are the objectives of "Maison Perrotte".
