Package preparation and dispatch
Orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday (excluding public holidays) within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of payment.

An e-mail confirming your order and payment will inform you that your order has been processed.
Package preparation
Particular attention is paid to the packaging of our jars. The boxes are reinforced and made to measure, and your items are properly protected with environmentally-friendly, biodegradable dunnage particles.
The parcel is secured with transparent scotch tape, and the words "Fragile" are prominently displayed so that the same care is taken on delivery by the carrier.
Last but not least, a coupon with delivery instructions is enclosed with the parcel.

A confirmation e-mail will inform you that your order has been dispatched.
Package delivery
Maison Perrotte has selected several modes of delivery and several carriers in order to best meet your expectations.
The selection of the carrier after the choice of the mode of delivery by the customer is made at the exclusive initiative of Maison Perrotte, according to the criteria of weight, volume of the parcel as well as the availability of the carriers.
Customer tracking - Step 3 - Delivery tracking
You can easily track the status of your order by logging into your account. What's more, a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been handed over to the carrier, so you can follow it directly on the carrier's website.

The delivery methods below apply to mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, but not to French overseas departments and territories.

In Europe, Maison Perrotte delivers to the following countries grouped according to these 3 zones:
- Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
- Zone 2: Austria, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, Ireland, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Sweden
- Zone 3: Bulgaria, Cyprus (excluding area under Turkish authority), Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland.

For countries outside Zone 1, 2 or 3, a single rate of €110 is applied by default for orders under 5kg.
