The strawberries, grown organically by Frédéric Poupard in Longué-Jumelles (Maine-et-Loire), are harvested when ripe to preserve their full flavor.

The elderflowers, meanwhile, are hand-picked as we stroll along our paths.

The result is a jam that evokes late spring, childhood memories and gardens in bloom.

Charlotte Strawberry & Passion Fruit Gift Set

A bolder, sunnier alliance, where the mellow roundness of Charlotte strawberries (grown by Xavier Burban in La Baule, in sustainable agriculture) meets the lively, exotic acidity of passion fruit.

A contrasting creation, both sweet and invigorating, that subtly awakens the taste buds. A real favorite for lovers of fruity fragrances off the beaten track.
