Grown organically by Frédéric Poupard in Longué-Jumelles (Maine-et-Loire), Candiss strawberries have tender, sweet flesh and a very delicate fragrance.
Elderflowers, meanwhile, are hand-picked as we stroll through the countryside.
Together, they create a poetic preparation, both gourmet and elegant, that evokes childhood memories and Sundays in the country.
