More fruit less sugar
Picked when perfectly ripe in the family garden, our quetsches d'Anjou come from plum trees grown without any chemical treatment.
Like all our products, this jam is handcrafted using traditional methods: slow cooking in a copper cauldron over an open fire, preserving all the richness and texture of the fruit.
We use much more fruit and much less sugar than a traditional jam, for an authentic, naturally intense taste.
A simple recipe, sincere and full of character, like the orchards of Anjou where it was born.
