These quinces are grown in Anjou by our partner Les Vergers de la Silve.
Quince jelly can be used to accompany meats such as game (venison, wild boar); oven-roasted meats (veal, lamb, pork); duck breast.
But you can also concoct it with apples in compote, baked in the oven for example, or in jam on toast.
