A recipe from Claire Verneil, my partner in crime, my associate, my friend.

A lawyer with a passion for cooking, Claire Verneil made a name for herself in the restaurant business on the TV show "MasterChef", and now runsher own consultancy company, By Claire Verneil, which has enabled her to develop her "private services", such as cocktails and business dinners, in France and abroad.

Claire Verneil's recipe:

Melt-in-the-mouth shortbread so crumbly that it has to be devoured very, very quickly, topped with jam or spread . for a version inspired by Romans glasses.
