- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 130g jar shallot chutney.
- Olive oil

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°c.
- Roll out the pastry, prick with a fork and place in a pie dish.
- Pre-bake the dough for 10min.
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices (you can play with the colors of the tomatoes).
- Spread the candied shallot chutney over the pre-cooked pastry.
- Place tomato slices on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Place in the oven for about 30 min.
