- 200 g Philadelphia-type fromage frais
- 100 g heavy cream or mascarpone
- 30 g sugar (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 shortbread cookies or speculoos Mango-Passion Coulis Maison Perrotte
- (Optional: diced fresh mango or passion fruit for decoration)

Preparation
- Crumble the cookies over the bottom of the verrines.
- Blend the fromage frais, cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the cream over the cookies.
- Generously add the Mango-Passion coulis on top.
- Decorate with a little fresh fruit if desired.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
