  • 200 g Philadelphia-type fromage frais
  • 100 g heavy cream or mascarpone
  • 30 g sugar (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 shortbread cookies or speculoos Mango-Passion Coulis Maison Perrotte
  • (Optional: diced fresh mango or passion fruit for decoration)

Preparation

  • Crumble the cookies over the bottom of the verrines.
  • Blend the fromage frais, cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour the cream over the cookies.
  • Generously add the Mango-Passion coulis on top.
  • Decorate with a little fresh fruit if desired.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
