This year, we're delighted to announce two fruity novelties: Mikoot rhubarb and Favori strawberry.
Rhubarb Mikoot and Strawberry Favori: The Stars of the Season
These two varieties are distinguished by their unique sweet and tangy taste, which goes perfectly with our artisanal know-how.
The rhubarb Mikoot adds a fresh, light touch with its well-balanced acidity, ideal for our compotes and jams.
As for the Favori strawberryits sweetness and intense fragrance make it irresistible, whether in jam or homemade desserts.
Other September Fruits
In addition to these novelties, we're looking forward to working with quetsches and figs. Varieties such as the Bourjasotte or Solliès fig, depending on harvest, will soon be available to enrich our autumn gourmet creations.

Quince, a challenge for this season
This year's quince harvest looks set to be a difficult one, but we hope to be able to offer you our quince classics as the season unfolds. Our teams are doing their utmost to ensure that you can enjoy these autumnal delights.
