Melon is a fruit bursting with sunshine, and I wanted to bring that sunshine to your toast!
It's an exceptional fruit from my home region, Anjou, which has joined my basins, and which I can offer you today, whose notes are awakened by apricot and Côteaux du Layon!
The mellow apricot has been macerated in Côteaux du Layon and orange juice.
A marvellous combination of textures and flavours that will find its place on your sandwiches, but also as an accompaniment to your cheeses and foie gras!
