- 4 large tomatoes (ideally beef tomatoes)
- 2 burratas (one half per person)
Vinaigrette :
- Pepper - Salt
- Olive oil
- Cider vinegar
- 1 jar melon jam

Preparation
- Cut tomatoes into thin slices
- Add the burrata
For the melon jam vinaigrette:
- Mix the cider vinegar with a tablespoon of melon jam.
- then add the oil and stir.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. -
- Add vinaigrette on top.
Enjoy your meal!
For gourmets, you can also add slices of dry-cured ham.
