(Serves 4)

  • 4 large tomatoes (ideally beef tomatoes) 
  • 2 burratas (one half per person)

Vinaigrette : 

  • Pepper - Salt
  • Olive oil 
  • Cider vinegar 
  • 1 jar melon jam

Preparation

  •  Cut tomatoes into thin slices 
  • Add the burrata

For the melon jam vinaigrette:

  • Mix the cider vinegar with a tablespoon of melon jam.
  • then add the oil and stir.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. -
  • Add vinaigrette on top.
