- 2 peaches
- 1 mango
- 1 pineapple
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 2 kiwis
- a handful of blueberries
- a little grape
- 2 tablespoons Corsican clementine jam
- Fresh mint leaves
- Juice of one lemon

Preparation
Preparing the fruit:
- Wash and peel peaches, mango, pineapple, blueberries, grapes and kiwis.
- Cut all the fruit into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Hull the strawberries, cut in half and add to the salad bowl.
Add the jam and lemon juice:
- In a bowl, mix the Corsican clementine jam with the lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture over the chopped fruit.
Mix and refrigerate:
- Gently toss the fruit with the jam to coat well.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the flavours to blend.
To serve :
- Remove the fruit salad from the fridge and give it a final stir.
- Serve the fruit salad garnished with fresh mint leaves.
Tips: You can add other seasonal fruits according to taste and availability. Fruit salad is even better if prepared a few hours in advance.
