Ingredients
(Serves 4 to 6 (depending on mussel size))
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup red fruit jam (strawberry, raspberry, cherry, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, depending on sweetness desired)
- Fresh berries for decoration (optional)

Preparation
Preparing the unit :
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the milk until smooth.
- Add the red fruit jam and honey (if desired), and mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
Mould filling :
- Pour the mixture into ice-cream moulds, filling each three-quarters full.
- Insert a few pieces of fresh berries into each mould to add fruit pieces.
Freezing :
- Place popsicle molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.
Demolding and tasting :
To unmold the popsicles, quickly run the molds under lukewarm water to release the popsicles more easily.
