  • 12 green asparagus spears
  • Olive oil
  • Fleur de sel
  • Pepper
  • 1 baguette of bread
  • 1 brick of goat cheese
  • 1 jar vanilla jelly

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Cut the bread into four pieces, then cut each piece in half horizontally (two pieces per person).
  • Cut eight pieces of goat's cheese and place them on the bread.
  • Add a dab of vanilla jelly on top.
  • Bake for 10-15 min.
  • Peel the asparagus without touching the tips.
  • Cut off the hardest part of the heel at the end of the asparagus.
  • Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Sauté the asparagus for about 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the asparagus and goat's cheese toast on the plate.

Enjoy immediately.
