- 12 green asparagus spears
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
- Pepper
- 1 baguette of bread
- 1 brick of goat cheese
- 1 jar vanilla jelly

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Cut the bread into four pieces, then cut each piece in half horizontally (two pieces per person).
- Cut eight pieces of goat's cheese and place them on the bread.
- Add a dab of vanilla jelly on top.
- Bake for 10-15 min.
- Peel the asparagus without touching the tips.
- Cut off the hardest part of the heel at the end of the asparagus.
- Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Sauté the asparagus for about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the asparagus and goat's cheese toast on the plate.
Enjoy immediately.
