Join us for a gourmet workshop dedicated to the very first flavors of spring, a pivotal time when nature awakens and fruits are just beginning to appear on market stalls.
Guided by the Chef, you will discover how to work with and enhance these transitional fruits, which are still rare and fragile, to make a fresh, subtle, and delicate jam. At this time of year, it is still too early to specify exactly which fruits will be used: they will be chosen based on the harvest, ripeness, and availability at the time.
It is therefore possible that the first strawberries, or other spring fruits, will make an appearance at the workshop, accompanied by delicious combinations devised on the day to enrich your culinary experience.
