For 2 hours, come and share a moment with the Chef in a masterclass kitchen in our Angers boutique.

- The history of jam and our artisanal preparations

- Seasoning and balance / Mouthfeel and texture

- What's the difference between jam, jelly and marmalade?

- Tasting of our different recipes and how to combine and cook them.

- I create a dish based on my jellies and jams and/or a simple jam-based dessert.

- Production of one or more recipes

In order to maintain a close relationship with you, and to be able to exchange ideas together, the number of places is limited to 8 participants.
